Disorder

Disorder is an alternative rock vehicle from London, UK - a collaboration between multi-instrumentalist and engineer Machi-ei Faron and drummer/percussionist John Stewart. The project is equal parts musical journey of self discovery and an attempt to reevaluate and reimagine what rock n roll is in the XXI century. Heavy guitars and complex jazz fusion drums live alongside synthesizers and drum machines creating ambitious and unorthodox soundscapes. 2020 saw a cycle of 30 songs, recorded, mixed and released every month from May to December. 2021 began with prolific writing session in collaboration with Jim Collett of London's Vanity Tapes that culminated with a single 'At The Door' mixed and co-produced by Billy Bush (Garbage, Muse, Foster The People) was released 7/2 on all major platforms. The year wrapped with Disorder's first major EP release "Midnight Sun" featuring the first collaboration with John Stewart. Hailed as "A tight 80s post rock and punk sound with some great instrumentation." (We All Want Something To Shout For,), full of "suiting vocal textures complemented by the grounded rhythm" (UNXIGNED) and "capturing a large grunge/progressive soundscape of a song. (…) cool production" (RMP Magazine), "Midnight Sun" became available everywhere on December 3rd. 2022 saw the release of 'Purple' EP taking band to new directions of dream pop/shoegaze alongside grunge and post punk staples. 'No Revisions' punk mini-album drops 9/15
