DJ Kuba & Neitan’s ‘Feel The Vibe’ was a force to be reckoned with, using Carl Douglas’ Run Back sample and pairing it with the full force of their bass house genius was nothing short of greatness! As they say, greatness attracts greatness, and in this case it attracted Keanu Silva. Naturally to start off the remix, Carl’s Douglas’ sample of ‘Run Back” gives the listener a nostalgic kick. But then, the buildup starts and the tension builds exponentially. Meanwhile, the automation brings the volume down, right until the drop where it’s brought back to the max. The juxtaposition of these two elements gives the song a different feeling that we have grown accustomed too. The drop uses alternating chops of the sample which are then accentuated by a sharp repeating stutter sound, which diverges from the brute force bass house drop that DJ Kuba & Neitan went with!
