His FHM release ‘Johnny Relax’ starts off with a sinister laugh, quick moving hi-hat rhythm, and ascending sirens which give the feeling of a buildup right from the start! As the second level of the buildup kicks in, sitting still becomes increasingly difficult. Just before the drop, a voice that sounds like it came straight out of a 50’s radio says ‘Johnny Relax’! As the drop hits, a strong kick is complemented by a bassline that is giving a playful vibe. The combination of the 4 to the floor beat combined with the ascending melody creates a creative new sound in the drop.
